How do I exercise my GDPR rights?

Email privacy@dremonpro.com to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR. EU residents can also lodge complaints with their local Data Protection Authority.

How long do you keep my data?

Active account data stays as long as your account is active. Body scans and client data are encrypted on-device by default. If you delete your account, we delete all personal data within 30 days, retaining only billing records required by tax law (7 years in the EU).

Are my client's body scans treated as health data?

We treat body geometry data as sensitive personal data under GDPR Article 9 by default. It stays end-to-end encrypted, on-device, and never leaves your studio unless you opt in to cloud sync. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

How do I report copyright infringement or DMCA?

Send DMCA notices to legal@dremonpro.com with the required elements (your contact info, the work claimed, the location of the alleged infringing content, and a good-faith statement). We typically action valid notices within 24–48 hours.

Need a signed copy?

Studios on the Studio plan and enterprises on custom contracts can request signed PDF versions of any of these documents. We turn these around within five business days.
